I graduated from Angelo State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. I taught high school algebra for two years at a high school in central Texas. Outside of math and academia, I am interested in running, playing soccer, and playing games. My goal is to pursue research in the various ways that individuals are able to learn and understand math.

I appreciate that math is concrete and based in logic. It cannot be changed based on opinion, as it is based in fact. I love the challenge a difficult problem presents and that many of the concepts are interconnected.
